It's such a joy to blog about this debut single
'Amazed at Your Love' by my friend and covenant sister Ola Olaleye. Ola and I
met exactly 5 years ago through a mutual friend's facebook page and we discovered our birthdays wasn't
just a day apart but we shared similar passion in music and ministry. Since then our friendship has grown. I remember when she sent me an inbox message asking 'So you sing too', I answered and said 'Yes sir' hahah didn't realise she was a lady. And she goes 'I am not a sir oh, I am a lady like you'. I am really very proud of this amazing woman, I love her so much and I am so excited at what is ahead.
Ola
Olaleye is a woman of many talents, she wears on different hats and is very
passionate about everything she is involved in. When she first told me about
her desire to write songs I knew there was no stopping her. On
Easter Sunday you will be able to listen to and download her first song.

Amazed at Your Love
was birthed in the place of deep meditation of how and why God chose to dwell
in Man (a mortal clay), how highly blessed, greatly favoured and deeply loved
we really are. The words were affirmation of the depth of God’s love and
straight away it was taken to my producer. After a brief about the song we saw
the need for an artist whose vocal best express the song, honestly that was
really an awesome decision and step we took. Those words and answers are what
we now have as ‘AMAZED AT YOUR LOVE’, (the first of TEC Music project)
written by Ola (Olanrewaju Olaleye), sung by Pauline Phisso and produced by Sam
Gallagher is to be released on Easter Sunday 5th April
2015, while full project, featuring various artists, will be released
later this year.
Ola is a Speaker,
Author, Songwriter and Worship leader. Her passion for music birth the popular praise conference, GAP (God Answers Praise), a conference she still hosts in the city of Glasgow.
She is the Founder
and President of The Esther’s Company (TEC), a faith based
non-denominational organisation registered in Scotland, United Kingdom (SC041899).
Ola also hosts Empowerment Summit (formerly known as Woman2Woman Conference) and Scotland
Prayer Summit (SPS). She co–ordinates
Woman2Woman Breakfast Club, a bi–monthly breakfast club and Power-Line, a
weekly conference call prayer line. She is the author of the book 'Inside Out,
a journey from pain to gain’.
Her vision is to empower women and men in the
discovery and fulfillment of their life purposes. With her soft rock style
of music rooted in her love walk with God and the eagerness to spread the
message of God’s unconditional love to humanity, Ola desires to see people
experience the love of God through worship.
Ola is currently the
minister in charge of the choir at her local church, City of God, Glasgow (of
the Redeemed Christian Church of God) and she lives with her family in Scotland, United Kingdom
